Nestled inside Desert Botanical Garden, Gertrude’s by Tarbell’s is the latest innovation of James Beard-nominated chef Mark Tarbell. Focusing on ingredients directly from growers in Arizona and unique to the region, the restaurant delivers exceptional service, food and wine while fostering a culture of kindness, respect and integrity.

Chef Adrian works closely with Mark to lead the kitchen and has been an integral part of his award-winning team for over 14 years.

After dinner, enjoy a stroll and discover the tranquil vibrancy of 50,000 desert plants amid the red rocks of the Papago Buttes at Desert Botanical Garden. An Arizona
landmark celebrating 80 years, the Garden has grown into a compelling attraction and desert conservation pioneer, offering worldly plants, unique trails, world-class
exhibitions, festive events, fascinating classes and so much more.
