Dinner for 8 at Tarbell’s Famed ‘Table One’ with Wine Pairings by Mark!

Acclaimed restaurateur and wine connoisseur Mark Tarbell is a trailblazer who helped put Arizona’s unique cuisine on the national map.

Mark studied and trained in some of Europe’s most renowned culinary and wine programs. The humble celebrity chef has called the Grand Canyon State home for more than three decades. His award-winning restaurant, Tarbell’s, is a top dining destination along the Camelback Corridor, alongside Tarbell’s The Wine Bar and The Wine Store.

Mark hosts local favorite “Check Please! Arizona” and also collaborated with Arizona PBS for two seasons on his Emmy-winning show “Plate & Pour.” Nationally, the “Iron Chef America” winner has been a frequent guest on Food Network, Cooking Channel, “Good Morning America” and “The Today Show,” among others. Mark is a James Beard Award nominee for “Best Chef – Southwest” and a two-time inductee to the Arizona Hall of Culinary Fame.

The 2022 aaha! honoree is a fierce champion of many Arizona nonprofits with his generous donations and culinary expertise. A sought-after wine expert, Mark has judged the Los Angeles International Wine & Spirits Competition for over 25 years. He has been a panelist and chef presenter at some of the most prestigious food festivals in the world, from the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen to the Kapalua Food and Wine Festival in Hawaii.

Your elegant gathering will take place in the semiprivate alcove, “Table One.” The four-course Chef’s Menu will be accompanied by wines personally chosen by Mark. You can be sure the evening will delight your senses and palate.

Restrictions: Date is to be mutually agreeable and reserved in advance. Wine pairings are at the discretion of Tarbell’s; excludes all other alcohol and gratuity. Available Sundays-Thursdays (excluding holidays). Expires April 27, 2025.
