Your bathroom remodel will include new floor tile (stone, ceramic, or porcelain), vanity cabinets and tops (quartz or stone), shower tile surround to the ceiling, vanity lighting, recessed or LED overhead lighting, new plumbing fixtures, including a new tub, mirrors, hardware, and bath accessories.
Upon completion of the improvements, your bathroom will receive a fresh coat of paint (color to be determined by you).
Restrictions: The work must be scheduled at a mutually agreeable time with Modern Splendor Homes and must be completed by December 31, 2026. Engineering, including structural modifications, are not included. Expansion of the master bedroom square footage is not part of this package and does not include modifications to the plumbing and electrical system layout. Permit not included if required. Abatement of hazardous material is not factored into this package. The winner will receive $35,000 of retail credit toward the renovation of their master bathroom. The $35,000 is based on the assumption that the bathroom is approx.. 150 square feet and includes $5,000 allowance for plumbing fixtures, $1,500 allowance for mirrors and light fixtures, allowance of $14.45/SF for tile flooring (material + labor), $25/SF for tile surround (material + labor), and assumes that the new vanities/countertops do not exceed 84 inches. No cash value, not redeemable for cash.
