The Phoenix Indian Center will host its annual Silver & Turquoise Ball virtually this year!
Due to the current pandemic, the popular gathering, which features American Indian art auctions, entertainment, and cuisine, has pivoted to an online platform this year. The event's theme is Celebrating the Art of Native American Fashion and will feature American Indian fashion designers Waterlily by Patricia Michaels and ACONAV by Loren Aragon. The event will also pay tribute to Lloyd Kiva New, a pioneer of modern Native American fashion design, with an exclusive show by collector Robert Black of Fashion by Robert Black.
The 37th Annual Silver & Turquoise Ball will take place on Friday, October 16, 2020, from 7-8 pm PST. Registration is complimentary.
We encourage our guests to celebrate virtually with us by posting photos of yourself in your Native American fashion, traditional or contemporary, and wearing your silver and turquoise, or other favorite jewelry!
