ELIGIBILITY: Entry purchaser, and anyone to whom an entry purchaser legally transfers an entry, must be either a business entity or an individual 21 years or older and a legal U.S. resident at the time of entry purchase. Original entry purchaser must be present in the state of Arizona at the time of entry purchase. Arizona residency is not required. Tickets may be purchased from 1n10, Inc. (onenten) by phone at 602.400.2601 or online at https://aesaz.co/ELP/ONENTEN25/Tickets or on-site at 1101 N Central Ave suite 202. Tickets must be purchased with cash, by separate check, or charged to a credit card, and cannot be combined with the purchase of table reservations. Entry purchaser is responsible for providing a valid name, mailing address, email address, and telephone number at the time of purchase. Entry purchaser will solely receive a purchase confirmation number by email. A confirmation number is not required to claim a prize.
AGREEMENT TO ABIDE BY OFFICIAL?RULES: Each eligible person who enters the raffle agrees that his or her entry into the raffle operates as their full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. Also, by entering the raffle, each person agrees to perform all conditions and obligations required by these Official Rules. Winning the prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
DRAWING: Only 250 tickets will be sold at one price point: $100 per ticket. 1n10 assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, illegible, or non-delivered entries. All entries will be entered in the drawing to be held at the Brunch on March 30, 2025.
NOTIFICATION OF WINNER: Winner does not need to be present to win. Winner will select one (1) of the seven (7) prizes offered and MUST notify 1n10 of their selection by April 30, 2025. Once a prize selection has been confirmed there will be no returns or exceptions. Winner will be e-mailed a booking voucher with prize redemption instructions. Please allow 2-3 weeks from time of prize selection to receive a booking voucher. Once the winner receives their booking voucher, they can immediately begin redemption process.
BOOKING & CONCIERGE SERVICE: Packages include Booking & Concierge Service from Winspire, a team of seasoned travel professionals who will help the prize winner redeem their selected experience. All travel-related details and reservations are handled for every part of your Winspire experience. Winspire can assist with extra hotel nights, airfare upgrades, and additional guests at winner’s expense. This service also provides you with an established network of on-site contacts who can help you book additional experiences, activities and tours.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Prize must be booked a minimum of 60 days in advance of trip. Reservations are subject to availability. Package inclusion and availability are subject to change. Certificates cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed. All packages are non-refundable. Packages cannot be exchanged, transferred, or resold. Any local transportation between resort with any of the packages and is the responsibility of the winner. All suggested retail values are based on the following: airfare—peak round-trip rates during premium travel season; hotels and tours—hotel’s published “rack rate” plus all applicable sales tax; packages—each component of a package is priced separately to determine the total suggested retail value. All rates are based on the high season that the package is eligible for redemption.
WAIVER/LIMITATIONS/LIABILITY: Entry purchasers, by participating (and winners, by accepting a prize), release 1n10, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, representatives, sponsors, and independent contractors, from any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from the raffle and/or acceptance or use/misuse of a prize, including but not limited to liability for personal injury, bodily injury, death, damage to property, and damage or loss of any other kind. 1n10, Inc. is not responsible for prize quality or utility. Entry purchasers and winners represent that the purchase of the ticket was made in the state of Arizona and acknowledge the laws of the state of Arizona govern the raffle in all respects.
TAX & IRS RULES: All proceeds benefit 1n10 Inc., a non-profit organization operating under paragraph 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and the laws of the State of Arizona. Winner shall be responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local income or excise taxes, fees, assessments and like charges associated with the prize. The IRS has taken the position that amounts paid for chances to participate in?raffles, lotteries or similar programs are not gifts and, therefore, the price of the entry does not qualify as a deductible charitable contribution.
SPECIAL: Federal law requires that corresponding tax withholding on prize values in excess of $5,000 must be collected from winners upon award and distribution. Federal and state withholding laws are subject to change without notice. The withholding laws in effect at the time prizes are claimed will be followed. Before claiming a prize valued at $5,000 or greater, the winner will provide and complete a W-9 Form and write a check payable to one·n·ten of Phoenix, Inc. in the amount calculated for tax withholding (withholding percentage of the fair market value of the selected prize less the cost of the raffle ticket), which will be paid directly to the Internal Revenue Service. If prize winner is unable to comply with payment of the required withholding amount, the result is condition for denial of the prize.
